Dog Rescue effort at Pusat Kurungan Haiwan Puchong There were over 80 dogs on death row at Pusat Kurungan Haiwan Puchong.  Independent Pet Rescuers (IPR) and MVFRA were putting effort together to transfer these dogs out from the pound else they will be put down on Nov. 11, 2007.     IPR is calling for dog lovers to come forward and help foster these dogs out. The IPR along with other animal rescue groups will find a home for dogs who are under the care of fosterers, and this should take a maximum of two months.
