Animal Rescue Unit
The
aim of MVFRA setting up the Animal Rescue Unit is to provide
technical rescue assistance for trapped animals.
We have had
situations whereby civet trapped on the rooftop, snake trapped in a
bathroom, dogs trapped in the highway, monsoon drain and etc...!
Soon after the rescue effort, necessary medical
treatment will be given to ensure the animals gain recovery.
Should there be no owner come forward to claim
the animal, ARU will seek volunteers to provide the animal a
temporary home before adoption took place.
Emergency Animal Rescue Services (E.A.R.S)
At this moment, EARS officers are available only in Klang
Valley. They will respond in case of emergency animal rescue needs.
